Adrianne Fish

RN, BSN – Director of Nursing, QHCP Programming

Adrianne Fish brings extensive nursing expertise to Vitasigns as the Director of Nursing. With a BSN from Grand Canyon University and certifications in quality healthcare programming, she has excelled in roles at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center, including Registered Nurse, Relief Charge Nurse, and Lean Project Member.

A recipient of the Daisy Team Award and Preceptor of the Year, Adrianne is passionate about making a difference in patients’ lives. She believes nursing is about “loving people through their rawest moments” and creating meaningful impact through compassionate care.

Ashlyn Novotny

RN, BSN, CEN – Director of Patient Advocacy

Ashlyn Novotny, Director of Patient Advocacy at Vitasigns, brings over a decade of emergency medicine expertise. A Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) licensed in California and Tennessee, she is dedicated to proactive care and patient education.

At Vitasigns, Ashlyn focuses on preventing emergency department visits through early intervention, improving immediate and long-term health outcomes. She is passionate about guiding patients toward better health, emphasizing prevention and education.
